Yes! They’re yours to keep, download, and share with family. In fact, please do as we only keep recordings on file for 1 year.

We recommend signing up with a Gmail account, as recordings are shared via Google Drive. If you don’t use Gmail, that’s okay — as long as the email address you provide is linked to a Google Account, you'll be able to access your downloadable recordings without any issues.If your email (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) isn’t yet linked to a Google Account, you can easily create one in just a few steps for free. We’ll include simple instructions in your confirmation email to guide you through the process.

We store your recordings for 12 months after your last question. After that, they’re permanently deleted unless you request early deletion.
